Soluţionare

Admite în parte recursurile declarate de pârâtul IPJ.Cluj şi chematul în garanţie M.E.C împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1048 din data de 20.04.2007, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 8871/117/2006 al Tribunalului Cluj pe care o casează în parte în ceea ce priveşte acţiunea reclamanţilor C.M., R.D., C.M. şi trimte cauza spre rejudecare cu privire la aceştia Tribunalului Cluj - complet specializat în soluţionarea litigiilor de muncă şi asigurări sociale. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei. Decizia este irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din data de 09 noiembrie2007.
