Decis, admis recursurile declarate de pârâtele DIRECŢIA JUDEŢEANĂ DE STATISTICĂ HUNEDOARA şi INSTITUTUL NAŢIONAL DE STATISTICĂ BUCUREŞTI , modificat în parte hotărârea atacată în sensul înlăturării obligaţiei pârâţilor INS şi DJS HUnedoara de a plăti reclamanţilor drepturile băneşti reprezentând prima de concediu pentru anul 2002. Menţinut în rest hotărârea. Respins ca nefondate recursurile reclamanţilor.
