Soluţionare
Respinge recursul formulat de pârâtul M.J..
Admite recursul declarat de reclamanţi şi intervenientă împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 978 din 16 aprilie 2007 a Tribunalului Cluj pronunţată în dosar nr. 9282/117/2006, pe care o modifică în parte în sensul că admite în întregime acţiunea.
Obligă pârâţii la plata către reclamanţi şi intervenientă a primei de concediu aferentă anului 2005 actualizată cu rata inflaţiei la data executării.
Menţine dispoziţiile sentinţei în ce priveşte plata primei de concediu pe anul 2006.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
