Soluţionare
Respinge recursurile formulate de Minisdterul Finantelor Publice si Ministrul Justitiei, ca tardive. Admite recursurile Curtii de Apel Ploiesti si Tribunalului Prahova, modifica in parte sentinta in sensul ca admite exceptia prescriptiei pentru reclamantii Voinea Traian, Iacob Elena si intervenientele Anton Alina si Stoicescu Maria. Respinge ca presctisa actiunea acestor reclamanti si cererile dee interventie privind acordarea primelor de vacanta pe anii 2001-2002. Mentine resstul dispozitiilor sentintei. Irevocabila.
