Admite în parte recursul declarat de M.I.R.A împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 137/CA/2007 din 04.07.2007 pronunţată în dosarul nr. 350/112/2007 al Tribunalului BistriţaNăsăud pe care o modifică în sensul că admite cererea de chemare în garanţie a M.E.F. şi obligă chematul în garanţie să vireze MIRA sumele necesare plăţii drepturilor datorate reclamanţilor şi intervenienţilor. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei recurate. Decizia este irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din data de 23.11.2007.
