Soluţionare
Anulează ca netimbrat recursul declarat de recurentul Blaga V.
Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de D.G.F.P. Mureş împotriva sentinţei nr.2681/2006 a Tribunalului Satu Mare.
Admite ca fondat recursul FDEFF Târgu Mureş împotriva sentinţei nr.2648/2006, pe care o modifică în totalitate, în sensul respingerii contestaţiei lichidatorului şi dispune înscrierea la masa credală a creanţei creditoarei în sumă de 7832,81 RON.
