Admis fond
Respinge excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive invocată de pârâtul Consiliul Local al comunei Putna, judeţ Suceava, ca nefondată. Admite acţiunea. Obligă pârâţii să plătească reclamanţilor drepturile salariale neacordate reprezentând contravaloarea tranşelor suplimentare de vechime care se acordă la 30, 35 şi peste 40 de ani de vechime pe o perioadă de 3 ani anterioară introducerii cererii de chemare în judecată, 04.03.2008, actualizate în funcţie de rata inflaţiei. Obligă pârâţii să asigure plata tranşelor suplimentare care se acordă la 30, 35 şi 40 de ani de activitate în învăţământ. Definitivă şi executorie. Cu drept de recurs. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică.
