Soluţionare

Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa în sensul că reduce suma datorată de pârâtă reclamanţilor, astfel: - câte 2824 lei brut pentru reclamanţii Rotaru Dumitru, Catavelea Mitică, Durbăcea Dumitru, Paraschiv Florin, Sin Domnica, Tăriceanu Dumitru, Toader Rodica Păuna, Iordan Romeo, Achim Elena Luminiţa; - câte 5244 lei brut pentru fiecare din reclamanţii Gruia Cristian Marian, Matei Romeo, Negoiţă Manuela Luminiţa, Constantin Cristian, Suflea Nicolae; - câte 850 lei brut pentru fiecare din reclamanţii Toma Nicolae Sorin şi Greceanu Adrian; - 1777 lei brut pentru intimatul Gheorghe Gheorghe. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei. Irevocabilă.
