Soluţionare
Respinge excepţia inadmisibilităţii acţiunii şi necompetenţei materiale a instanţei de judecată, respinge excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive invocată de CNCD, respinge acţiunea formulată în contradictoriu cu MFP ptr lipsa calităţii procesualepasive.Admite în parte acţiunea, obligă pe pârâţi către reclamanţi la plata drepturilor salariale prev de oG 10/2007, obligă pârâţii să efectueze menţiunile corespunzătoare în caretele de muncă.
