Soluţionare

Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa şi în consecinţă: Admite acţiunea şi obligă pârâţii să aplice dispoziţiile Legii nr. 220/2007 pentru aprobarea OG nr. 11/2007 începând cu data de 01.01.2007 şi să plătească persoanele reprezentate de reclamant drepturile salariale neacordate ca efect al neaplicării Legii nr. 220/2007 pe perioada 01.01.2007 - 20.07.2007, ce se vor reactualiza în raport de indicele de inflaţie de la data scadenţei fiecărei sume la plata efectivă. Irevocabilă.
