Admite apelul decl. de Parchetul de pe lângă Jud. sect.2 Bucureşti. Desfiinţează în parte s.p. atacată şi rejudecând în fond: Sporeşte ped. cea mai grea de 2 ani închisoare aplicată de instanţa de fond fiecăruia dintre inculpaţii Niculae G. şi Tănănău V. cu 2 ani, aceştia având de executat în final câte 4 ani închisoare.
