Admite acţiunea.
Obligă pârâţii să plătească reclamanţilor drepturile salariale reprezentând diferenţa dintre drepturile băneşti efectiv încasate şi cele ce li s-ar fi cuvenit prin aplicarea dispoziţiilor Legii nr.220/2007, pentru perioada ianuarie 2007-17.07.2007 , actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie.
