Admis recurs
Respinge ca nefondate recursurile formulate de M********* J******** şi Ministerul Economiei şi Finanţelor.
Admite recursul formulat de reclamantele P******* C******* şi R*** D********** D******.
Modifică în parte hotărârea recurată în sensul că admite şi acţiunea recurentelor reclamante şi obligă pârâţii M********* J********, Curtea de Apel Bacău şi Tribunalul Bacău să plătească recurenţilor-reclamanţi drepturile salariale reprezentând diferenţa dintre premiul anual aferent anului 2004-2005, rezultată cu majorarea de 40% a indemnizaţiei de încadrare în cuantumul actualizat de la data scadenţei până la data efectivă. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale hotărârii.
