Admite recursul. Modifică sentinţa în sensul că înlătură din dispozitiv obligaţia de a se raporta drepturile salariale acordate, la adresele 830 şi 831/2008 emise de pârâtă, din care vor fi deduse constribuţiile corespunzătoare impozitului şi bugetelor de asigurări sociale. Menţine în rest sentinţa. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi, 19 ianuarie 2009.
