Încheiere
Se îndreaptă eroarea strecurată în dispozitivul sentinţei civile nr. 623/23 aprilie 2008 pronunţată de Tribunalul Iaşi în sensul că în loc de "Obligă pârâta să achite fiecărui reclamant câte 200 lei reprezentând primă pentru Crăciun 2007 ,..." cum din greşeală s-a menţionat, se va trece în mod corect "Obligă pârâta să achite fiecărui reclamant câte 2000 lei reprezentând primă pentru Crăciun 2007,....".

Soluţionare
Respinge excepţia prematurităţii introducerii acţiunii .
Admite acţiunea .
Obligă pârâta să achite fiecărui reclamant câte 2000 lei reprezentând primă pentru Crăciun 2007 , sume ce vor fi reactualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii efective .
Obligă pârâta să achite reclamanţilor suma de 8000 lei , cheltuieli de judecată.
