Admite recursul declarat de pârâţii MIRA şi IPJ Hunedoara împotriva sentinţei nr. 1363/CA/2008 pronunţată de Tribunalul Hunedoara şi în consecinţă : Modifică în parte hotărârea atacată în sensul că respinge acţiunea reclamanţilor Popian Ioan, M******** C****** C****** I**, ş.a. împotriva pârâţilor MIRA şi IPJ Hunedoara . Menţine hotărârea în ce priveşte respingerea acţiunii reclamanţilor Vălean Marin, Goanţă Gheorghe şi Smocot Gheorghe.
