Respinge recursul declarat de MEF prin DGFP Sălaj împotriva sentinţei civile nr.2034 din data de 05.10.2007 pronunţată în dosarul nr.1712/84/2007 al tribunalului Sălaj pe care menţien în întregime. Dă în devbit reclaamnţii I.I. ş.a în solidar pentru sumele de 4 lei, taxă de timbru şi 0,3 lei timbru judiciar, datorate pentru fond. Decizia este irevocabilă. pronunţată în şedinţa publică din data de 20 februarie 2008.
