Admite recursul declarat de pârâtul CJ Cluj împotriva Sentinţei civile nr. 655 din 4 aprilie 2008, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 171/84/2008 al Tribunalului Sălaj, pe care o modifică în sensul că respinge acţiunea formulată de SP Zalău în reprezentarea membrilor săi JŞ ş.a. Decizia este irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 12 septembrie 2008.
