Soluţionare
Admite acţiunea.
Obligă pârâţii să plătească reclmanţilor drepturile salariale reprezentând c/val. muncii prestate în plus faţă de norma didactică redusă, respectiv două ore săptămânal raportat la norma didactică avută în perioada 3 .11.2006-1.09.2007, ţinând cont pentru fiecare reclamant de data acordării gradului didactic I şi a îndeplinirii condiţiilor de vechime de 25 de ani în învăţământ drepturi ce se vor actualiza cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii efective.
Ia act de renunţarea la judecată a reclamanţilor Ivănescu Gheorghe şi Stoichiţ Ecaterina.
