Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii proceduale pasive faţă de Curtea de Conturi a României , D.N.A , Parchetul de pe lîngă ÎCCJ secţia Parchetelor Militare , Ministerul Apărării , Parchetul de pe lîngă Tribunalul Teleorman , Ministerul Justiţiei şi C.S.M . Respinge acţiunea ca neîntemeiată în contradictoriu cu ceilalţi pârâţi pentru perioada 17.05.2005 pînă în decembrie 2007 şi ca prescrisă pentru perioada octombrie 2004 - 17.05.2005 . Cu recurs .
