Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale strecurate în dispozitivul deciziei civile nr. 210/CM/01.04.2008 pronunţată de Curtea de Apel Constanţa în dosarul nr.2254/88/2007, în sensul că se va indica în mod corect numele intimatei reclamante VICENŢATOS VIORICA, în loc de VICENZATOS VIORICA, cum greşit s-a consemnat.
