Admite recursul.
Modifică sentinţa în parte, în sensul că reduce sumele acordate intimaţilor -reclamanţi la câte 6631 lei brut,reprezetând drepturi băneşti pentru Paşte 2005,2006,2007 şi Crăciun 2005,2006 şi 2007, sume ce vor fi actualizate cu coeficientul de inflaţie de la data scadenţei fiecărie prime ,la plata efectivă.
Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei.
Irevocabilă.
