Admis fond în parte
Admite în parte acţiunea formulată de reclamanţi împotriva pârâtului Inspectoratul Teritorial de Muncă Arad, cu sediul în Arad str. Episcopiei nr. 11-13. Obligă pârâtul să plătească reclamanţilor despăgubiri reprezentând drepturi salariale neacordate, respectiv suplimentul postului şi suplimentul corespunzător treptei de salarizare.
Sumele vor fi actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii.
Obligă pârâtul să înscrie în carnetele de muncă ale reclamanţilor aceste sporuri.
Fără cheltuieli de judecată.
Cu recurs în 15 zile de la comunicare.
