Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale active a DGFP Sălaj. Respinge recursul declarat de IPJ SĂlaj, DGFP Sălaj, MIRA Bucureşti împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 554/14.03.2008, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 3030/84/2007 al Tribunalului Sălaj pe care o menţine în întregime. Decizia este irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 08 septembrie 2008.
