Admis recurs

Admite recursurile declarate de pârâtul IPJ CLUJ şi chematul în garanţie MEF împotriva sentinţei civile nr.1977 din 5 octombrie 2007, pronunţată în dosarul nr.3343/117/2007 al Tribunalului Cluj pe care o modifică în parte, în sensul că respinge acţiunea formulată de reclamantele P.S. şi I.O. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei. Respinge cererea de renunţare la judecată formulată de intimatele P.S. şi I.O. Decizia este irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 28 februarie 2008.
