Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa în sensul că drepturile salariale ce vor fi plătite fiecărui reclamant sunt cele menţionate în situaţia anexă a raportului de expertiză contabilă judiciară de la filele 145 -150 din dosar, ce face parte integrantă din hotărâre şi în sumă totală de 51757 lei, respectiv 52652 lei. Menţine în rest sentinţa. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi, 30.09.2008.
