Soluţionare
Respinge, ca nefondată, acţiunea reclamanţilor, formulată în contradictoriu cu Ministerul Public – Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casaţie şi Justiţie, P******** D* P* L**** C***** D* A*** T********, Parchetul de pe lângă Tribunalul Caraş-Severin, Direcţia de Investigare a Infracţiunilor de Criminalitate Organizată şi Terorism, M********* F********* P******, Consiliul Naţional pentru Combaterea Discriminării având ca obiect obligarea în solidar a pârâţilor la plata sumelor de bani reprezentând contravaloarea tichetelor de masă prevăzute de Legea nr. 142/1998.
Respinge excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a Consiliului Naţional pentru Combaterea Discriminării.
Cu recurs în 10 zile de la comunicare.
