Soluţionare
Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a administratorilor financiari Spaitu Alexandrina, Cristea Mihaela Geanina, Baciu Ana Georgeta, Tănase Liliana, Racoviţă Tincuţa faţă de primul capăt de cerere ( restituirea impozitului) şi respinge acţiunea faţă de acestea.
Respinge ca nefondată acţiunea în contradictoriu cu pârâtul Liceul Pedagogic " Costache Negri", Şcoala de Arte şi Meserii " Paul Popescu Neveanu", Colegiul Tehnic " Traian Vuia", Şcoala Specială " C-tin Pufan , Colegiul Tehnic Traian.
Respinge ca nefondată cererea de obligare a pârâtelor administratori financiari la plata daunelor morale.
