Soluţionare
Respinge excepţiile.Admite în parte acţiunea formulată şi precizată de reclamanţi.Obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor drepturile salariale reprezentând c/v cotei anulae de 2500 mc gaze naturale pentru perioda lucrată efectiv în cadrul unităţii pe anii 2005,2006,27 drepturi actualizare cu rata inflaţiei începând de la data la care trebuiau acordare până la data plăţii efective.Respinge alte pretenţii.Fără cheltuieli de judecată.
