Admite recursul. Modifică sentinţele în sensul că dispune plata către recurente a sporului de 50% şi pentru viitor, actualizată la data plăţii efective. Obligă pe pârâţii angajatori la efectuarea menţiunilor cuvenite în carnetele de muncă ale reclamantelor-recurente. Menţine în rest sentinţele. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi, 10.06.2008.

Respinge cererea de suspendare a executării sentinţei, formulată de Tribunalul Prahova, ca rămas fără obiect. Admite recursurile formulate de reclamanţii B***** I****, C***** E****, H******* V******,M**** M****** S*****, Mihail Dragoş, Măireanu Iuliana, Mirea Mariana, Răducu Lausse, Ghiugan Ionela Mariana, Corbu Corina Alina, Ionescu Alexandru Daniel, Ionescu Lavinia, Giurcă Teodora, Bălan Carmen Ioana, Mocanu Elisabeta, Mihalcea Ion, Liţă Marin, Ruse Dan, Dragomir Florentina, Răşcanu Anton, Suliman Camelia, Banciu Mihai, Vartires Adrian Gabriel, Cîrstea Constanţa, Drăghici Gheorghe, Costinaş Vasile, Manea Tamara, Burlacu Ioan, Balcan Daniela, Palade Luminiţa, Rădescu Elena, Robu Constanţa, Voicu Gabriela, Iancu Ana Hermina, şi de recurentul Ministerul Public - Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casaţie şi Justiţie. Modifică în parte sentinţa în sensul că dispune plata sporului de 50% pentru recurenţii-reclamanţi şi pentru viitor, iar pentru recurenta-reclamantă Cârstea Constanţa şi pentru perioada octombrie 2004-31.12.2006 de către Ministerul Public- Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casaţie şi Justiţie, cât şi pentru viitor. Obligă pe pârâţi la efectuarea menţiunilor corespunzătoare în carnetele de muncă ale recurenţilor-reclamanţi. Admite cererea de chemare în garanţie formulată de Ministerul Public--Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casaţie şi Justiţie şi obligă pe chermatul în garanţie Ministerul Economiei şi Finanţelor să plătească acestui pârât fondurile necesare achitării drepturilor băneşti. Menţine în rest sentinţa. Respinge celelalte recursuri ca nefondate. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică astăzi,22.04.2008.
