Soluţionare
admite ca fondat recursul, modifică sentinţa în parte, admite în parte acţiunea, obligă pârâţii să plătească reclamanţilor indemnizaţia lunară de 10% din salariul de bază brut începând cu 04.12.2004-18.04. 2008 , fără cheltuieli de judecată.
