Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa în sensul că admite cererea de chemare în garanţie formulată de pârâtul Ministerul Public-Parchetul de pe lângă ICCJ împotriva MEF, pe care îl obligă să aloce fondurile necesare plăţii drepturilor băneşti. Menţine în rest sentinţa. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică astăzi 13.05.2008.
