Admis recurs
Admite recursurile declarate de pârâţii Min.J. şi M.E.F. împotriva sentinţei civile nr.1155 din 31.10.2007 a Tribunalului Maramureş pronunţată în dosar nr. 5024/100/2007, pe care o modifică în sensul că respinge ca nefondată acţiunea civilă formulată de reclamanţii C.V.ş.a.contra pârâţilor M.J., M.F.P.Tribunalul Maramureş şi Curtea de Apel Cluj.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 28 februarie 2008.
