Admite recursul declarat de reclamanţii P.I. ş.a. împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1156 din 18 iunie 2008 a Tribunalului Cluj pronunţată în dosar nr. 5078/117/2007, pe care o casează în întregime şi trimite cauza spre rejudecare aceleaşi instanţe. Decizia este irevocabilă. Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 29 octombrie 2008.
