Admite în parte recursurile declarate de pârâţii C. A. Cj, M.E.F. şi M.J. împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1377 din 17 decembrie 2007 a Tribunalului Maramureş pronunţată în dosar nr. 5091/100/2007, pe car eo modifică în parte în sensul că respinge în întregime canefondată acţiunea reclamanţilor V.E. ş.a. pentru drepturi salariale.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
