Având în vedere obiectul cauzei, calitatea reclamanţilor, faptul că potrivit art. II alin.1 din O.U.G. nr.75/2008 dispoziţiile instituite de art. I se aplică şi proceselor în curs de judecată, începute sub legea anterioară, văzând dispoziţiile art. I, II alin.1, 2, 3 din O.U.G. nr.75/2008, instanţa a dispus, în şedinţa publică din 10 iulie 2008, declinarea competenţei de soluţionare a cauzei în favoarea Înaltei Curţi de Casaţie şi Justiţie.
