Admite cererea. Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale strecurate în dispozitivul deciziei nr.2003/10.10.2008 a Curţii de Apel Ploieşti în sensul că în acesta se va trece şi dispoziţia privind obligarea recurentei la plata cheltuielilor de judecată în sumă de 5400 lei către intimaţi.
