Admite recursul declarat de pârâtul CJC împotriva sentinţei civile nr.596/04.04.2008 pronunţată în dosar nr. 5216/117/2007 al Tribunalului Cluj, pe care o modifică în sensul că respinge cererea de chemare în judecată formulată de către reclamanţi.
