Soluţionare

respinge excepţia lipsei competenţei materiale a Tribunalului. Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a Inspecţiei Muncii şi MMFes şi respinge ca atare acţiunea faţă de aceştia. Respinge excepţia prescripţiei dreptului la acţiune. Admite acţiunea. obligă pârâta ITM Bacău să achite fiecărui reclamant drepturile salariale: suplimentul postului şi suplimentul treptei de salarizare şi să le menţioneze în carnetul de muncă.
