Pentru a da posibilitate părţilor să depună concluzii scrise; Amână pronunţarea la data de 19.02.2009. Admite acţiunea.Dispune rezilierea contractelor de închiriere. Obligă pe pârâtă să plătească reclamantei suma de 5300 lei chirie restantă şi 1145,59 lei reactualizarea chiriei în funcţie de indicele de inflaţie. Dispune evacuarea pârâtei din spaţiile închiriate.
