Admis recurs

Admite recursul declarat de pârâţii MEC şi DGFPCluj împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 657 din 14 aprilie 2008 a Tribunalului Cluj pronunţată în dosar nr. 5479/117/2007, pe care o modifică în sensul că respinge acţiunea reclamantului SLS din cadrul DGFP Cluj, în numele membrilor TEF şi alţii, având ca obiect obligarea pârâţilor la plata primei de concediu aferentă perioadei 2001-2006, actualizată potrivit indicelui de inflaţie, Decizia este irevocabilă. Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 9 septembrie 2008,.
