Soluţionare

Admite recursurile şi în rejudecare, modifică în parte sentinţa în sensul că: Respinge ca nefondată acţiunea formulată de reclamantele Părăscută Elena şi Curuliuc Rodica şi înlătură obligaţia de plată pentru despăgubirile în sumă de 1700 lei actualizate la rata inflaţiei pentru fiecare din aceste reclamante. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei. Irevocabilă.
