Admite recursul . Modifică în parte sentinţa în sensul că reduce suma datorată de pârâtă fiecărui reclamant ce va fi actualizată în raport de indicele de inflaţie la scadenţa fiecărei prime la plata efectivă astfel: - la câte 1777 lei brut faţă de reclamanţii Negruţ Vasile şi Tănase Constantin reprezentând prime de Paşte şi Crăciun 2005. - la câte 5244 lei brut faţă de reclamantul Tudose Ion reprezentând prime Paşte 2005 - 2007 şi Crăciun 2005 2006. - la câte 6631 lei brut faţă de fiecare din ceilalţi reclamanţi, reprezentând prime Paşte 2005 - 2007 şi Crăciun 2005 - 2007. Menţine restul dispoziţilor sentinţei.Irevocabilă.
