Soluţionare
Respinge ca nefondate recursurile formulate de reclamantul Stoica Marian şi pârâta SC PETROM SA
Admite recursul formulat de reclamanţii C***** I** şi Costea Lucreţia.
Modifică în parte sentinţa în sensul că obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor Costea câte 1777 lei brut pentru fiecare reprezentând primă Crăciun 2004-Paşte 2005 ,actualizat cu indicele de inflaţie de la data scadenţei fiecărei sume la plata efectivă.
Obligă pârâta la 25o lei cheltuieli de judecată către intimatul Ioniţă Ştefan.
Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei .
Irevocabilă.
