Soluţionare
1)Admite recursul declarat de pârâţii M.I.R.A., I.G.P.R. şi M.E.F. împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 3803 din 12.12.2007 pronunţată în dosarul nr. 5690/100/2007 al Tribunalului Maramureş pe care o modifică în sensul respinge ca neîntemeiată acţiunea promovată de reclamanţii A.D.R. ş.a. împotriva pârâţilor mai sus arătaţi pentru plata unor drepturi băneşti constând în spor pentru pericol deosebit.
2) Respinge recursul reclamanţilor cuprinşi în tabelul anexă împotriva aceleiaşi sentinţe.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 24.03.2008.
