Dec.civ.nr.650/CA/2008. Admite excepţia lipsei calit.pr.pasive a Minist.Ec. şi Finanţelor Publice. Admite recursurile declarate de IJPF Tulcea, MIRA, Min.Ec. şi Finc.Publice. Modifică în parte hotărârea recurată în sensul că respinge acţiunea având ca obiect drepturi salariale spor 30%. Respinge cererea de chemare în judecată ca fiind formulată de o persoană fără calitate procesuală. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei recurate.Irev. A.Ghe-MN
