Suspendat
În temeiul art.29 alin.4 şi 5 din Legea 47/1992 republicată, sesizează Curtea Constituţională cu excepţia de neconstituţionalitate a prevederilor art.I şi II din O.U.G. 75/2008, raportat la prevederile art.115 alin.4, 16, alin.1 şi 124, alin.2 din Constituţie. Suspendă judecarea cauzei pe perioada soluţionării excepţiei.
