Soluţionare
Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa în sensul că reduce sumele la care pârâta a fost obligată faţă de fiecare reclamant la câte 2576 lei brut reprezentând prime Crăciun 2004 - 2005 şi Paşte 2005, ce se vor actualiza în raport de indicele de inflaţie de la data scadenţei fiecărei prime la plata efectivă . Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei. Irevocabilă.
