Soluţionare
Admite recursul declarat de reclamanţii HLM, HGC, CPA, LAM, HALDI, HŞS împotriva deciziei civile nr.487 din 25.04.2007 a Tribunalului Cluj, pronunţată în dosar nr.6428/117/2005, pe care o casează şi trimite apelul spre rejudecare aceluiaşi tribunal.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
