Încuviinţează probele solicitate prin cererea de probatorii formulată în pricina de faţă de către reclamanţi.
Încuviinţează proba cu efectuarea unei expertize contabile, sens în care fixează un onorariu în cuantum de 2000 lei în sarcina reclamanţilor.
Amână judecarea cauzei la 10.11.2010, ora 9,00.
Societatea pârâtă primeşte termen în cunoştinţă prin apărătorul său ales.
Se va relua procedura de citare cu reprezentantul reclamanţilor urmând a i se pune în vedere acestuia faptul că în cauză s-a fixat onorariu pentru efectuarea expertizei, precum şi cuantumul acestuia, sub sancţiunea decăderii din probă.
După achitarea onorariului se va desemna expertul în vederea efectuării lucrării.
Pune în vedere societăţii pârâte prin apărătorul acesteia să depună la dosarul cauzei procesul-verbal de negociere, precum şi să facă dovada achitării drepturilor solicitate de reclamanţi pentru anii 2005 – 2008.
